    Abstract:

    On the part of port space relation,since Modern time,Shanghai Harbor and Ningbo Harbor more or less have experienced a transform,such as from hinge harbor—lateral harbor to hinge harbor—large deep-sea direct-call port,moreover,it is possible to form a Thread Mode such as pair hinge harbor;though this relation is an outcome of many factors synthesized,but,in general,the criticality origin should be synthesized functionary outcome of natural condition and law of economic development.If a Thread Mode such as pair hinge harbor between Shanghai Harbor and Ningbo Harbor can be formed in future,not just Thread cooperation of port system in Chang Chiang Delta region,but also inevitably competition strength and status of ports of our country will be promoted.

    Abstract:

    To solve the poor real-time problem of SIFT algorithm, the cooperative operation mechanism of multi-core algorithm on multi-Thread Mode is designed based on OpenMP software runtime. First, a collaboration mechanism between multiple processor cores is designed based on the multi-core operating framework. Then, a high-speed interaction method is designed for the data between different platforms based on the TCP/IP protocol. Finally, the experiment shows that this scheme can greatly make the processing speed up for highresolution image and effectively solves the real-time problem of the algorithm.
