    Abstract:

    To evaluate and compare the clinical efficacy and safety between articaine and lidocaine in the anaesthesia management of Tooth Pulp Disease. The 160 patients with Tooth Pulp Disease treated at our hospital were enrolled. After informed consent was obtained, patients were randomly assigned to study group and control group, with 80 patients in each group. Of those, lidocaine was administered to the control group while articaine was given to the study group. The onset time, analgesic effect and adverse events were recorded. Compared with control group, the onset time was significantly reduced in study group (p<0.05). Patients treated with articaine had better analgesic effect than patients in control group (p<0.05). And the incidence of adverse events was notably lower in study group (p<0.05). Compared with lidocaine, articaine presents higher analgesic efficacy and safety for patients with Tooth Pulp Disease.

    Abstract:

    Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of dental Pulp Disease. Methods Select the Department of stomatology in our hospital in 2012 January to 2013 year in February admitted to thedental Disease in 80 patients as the research object,and were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 40 cases in each group. Patients in control group were treated with root canal therapy,observation group were treated with root canal therapy and resinifying therapy. The occurrence of the effect of two groups were compared and the adverse reaction condition. Results After treatment,observation of patients in the treatment group the total effective rate was 92.50%,control group patients in the treatment group total effectiveness is 82.50%,observation of curative effect was significantly better than the control group,with signifi cant difference(P0.05); at the same time,observation of adverse reaction in group of patients was 12.50%,significantly lower than that of control group 22.50%,with significant difference(P0.05). Conclusion The combined use of two methods for the treatment of root canal treatment and resinifying therapy has agood clinical effect on the treatment of dental Pulp Disease,and less adverse reaction,it is worth to promote the use of.
