    Abstract:

    [Objective] The research aimed to study the acute toxicity of medication to the larva of Carassius auratus in Qihe River [Method] Under room temperature and hydrostatic conditions,using the larva of Carassius auratus as test biology and mortality rate as an index,the acute toxicity of bluestone and potassium permanganate to the larva of Carassius auratus in Qihe River was studied.[Result] At the same exposure time,the mortality rate of larva of Carassius auratus in Qihe River increased with the increasing of bluestone and potassium permanganate concentration.The semi-lethal concentration(LC50) of bluestone to larva of Carassius auratus in Qihe River at 24 h,48 h and 96 h were 3.8,2.5 and 1.6 mg/L resp.and its safe concentration(SC) was 0.16 mg/L.The semi-lethal concentration(LC50) of potassium permanganate to larva of Carassius auratus in Qihe River at 24 h,48 h and 96 h were 5.14,3.95,3.04 mg/L resp and its safe concentration(SC) was 0.304 mg/L.According to the experimental results,the prevention and treatment of diseases with bluestone and potassium permanganate to larva of Carassius auratus in Qihe River would be used cautiously,or their concentrations should be decreased.

    Abstract:

    Qihe Carassius auratus is the territorial Carassius auratus, which is known as for its limited distribute in Qihe River (mainly distributed in Henan province, China), this species is natural triploid in China. In this study, the complete mitochondrial genome sequence of Carassius auratus in Qihe River has been obtained with PCR. The gene composition and arrangement of mitochondrial genome sequence of this species are similar to most of other vertebrates', which contains 22 tRNA genes, 13 protein-coding genes, 2 rRNA genes, and a non-coding control region with total length of 16,580 bp. Most of genes are encoded on Heavy-Strand (H-strand), exclude eight tRNA and ND6 genes, which are encoded on Light-Strand (L-strand). The bias of G and C has been found in different regions/genes and different statistic results. The complete mitochondrial genome sequence of this species would contribute to better understand population genetics, conservation, and the evolution of natural triploid.
