The PID controller design in the Constant Pressure water-supplying system based on PLC
Journal of Chongqing University of Arts and Sciences, 2020Co-Authors: Lv Hui-fangAbstract:In the Constant Pressure water-supplying system,a suit of PLC controlling system is based on variable frequency speedregular technology,and in this system,by comparing the setting vale and measuring value of Pressure,the deviation is obtained.Then the control volume is obtained by the PID operation to affect the transducer.Thus the pump rotational speed is controlled through transducer to adjust the Pressure if the pipe network and realize the Constant Pressure water supply goal.The paper described the PID controller design in the Constant Pressure water-supplying system based on PLC S7-200.

Water Supply System of Constant Pressure Based on PLC Control

The control system regulates the output of VVVF by PLC, and with controlling the number of the working water pump and the speed of motor rotate automatically, achieves automatically regulating water supply of Constant Pressure by closed loop and transferring the data, then the PID adjustment method is taken to adjust variable frequency pump continuously and regulate the pump frequency combined with Constant Pressure water supply in the whole flow range. This thesis explains water supply system’s energy conservation principle of pump of speed control according to characteristic curve of running pipelines and water pump. The system can supply the water with the Constant Pressure and save the energy efficiency.

Performance optimization design based on reliability for Constant Pressure variable pump
2015 IEEE 10th Conference on Industrial Electronics and Applications (ICIEA), 2015Co-Authors: Yixuan Meng, Shaoping Wang, Xingjian WangAbstract:This paper analyzes the work of the Constant Pressure variable pump, establishing its working model, and deriving its transfer function when it is working. Expression of the Constant Pressure variable pump performance indicators (such as adjustment time and overshoot) could be gotten after the simplification of analysis of the transfer function; also by analyzing the performance expression the key parameters that affect the performance could be identified. Second, the paper analyzes the composition of the reliability of the Constant Pressure variable pump, establishing its reliability model, deriving the reliability expression. After analysis if the reliability expression, main influencing parameters are identified. Finally, coupling parameters, that not only affect the hydraulic pump performance, but also impact the reliability of the hydraulic pump, are confirmed through analysis. The parameters are also optimized to get the optimal value, so as to achieve the design requirement that to design the pump with both high performance and high reliability. By analyzing the performance and reliability with the optimized parameters, it can be concluded that the proposed design method is practical and reliable, reaching the maximum extent to meet the design requirements.
