    Abstract:

    Organisational Development (OD) has become a substantial field for practitioners to improve organisational effectiveness and capabilities of individuals through planned change intervention. The focal point of the article is to critically evaluate the four subsystems-communication structure, control system, education system and reward system in building a healthy infrastructure for OD intervention as suggested by McEwan. The review article summarises the previous investigation and identifies gaps, contradictions and inconsistencies of the article titled ‘Organisational Development: Begin with a Healthy Infrastructure’.

    ABSTRACT Primordial follicle assembly is essential for reproduction in mammalian females. Oocytes develop in germ cell cysts that in late fetal Development Begin break down into individual oocytes and become surrounded by pregranulosa cells, forming primordial follicles. As they separate, many oocytes are lost by apoptosis. Exposure to steroid hormones delays cyst breakdown, follicle formation, and associated oocyte loss in some species. One model for regulation of follicle formation is that steroid hormones in the maternal circulation keep cells in cysts and prevent oocyte death during fetal Development but that late in pregnancy hormone levels drop, triggering cyst breakdown and associated oocyte loss. However, herein we found that, while maternal circulating levels of progesterone drop during late fetal Development, maternal estradiol levels remain high.     Abstract:

    Abstract : Education, leader Development, training, and motivation are critical to the success of the United States Army. Responding appropriately to disaster relief operations or other type of civil support operations requires Soldiers to have the right mindset when conducting these missions. The right mindset means Soldiers realizing they are not in charge but in support of providing Military Assistance to Civil Authorities (MACA). Many Soldiers have not always understood this proper relationship, and the Army must educate its leaders on the roles and responsibilities of conducting civil support operations. Prior to disaster relief or civil support operations, the military needs to educate and to develop its leaders on MACA. Doing so not only increases the leaders' self awareness about military support but builds flexibility within an organization. The importance of conducting MACA operations requires the military to identify and to develop appropriate education measures and to teach those measures as part of an individual's career progression. This Strategy Research Project (SRP) will examine how much MACA education is needed and at what point in a leader's career. It concludes with recommendations to enhance MACA education as part of leader Development and proposes methods to improve leader self-Development.
