  • An Investigation of a Game-Based Anti-Drug System: Addictive Learners vs. Non-addictive Learners
2015 IEEE 15th International Conference on Advanced Learning Technologies, 2015
    Co-Authors: Chang-mai Huang, Jen-hang Wang, Sherry Y. Chen
    Abstract:

The spread of Drugs causes serious problems recently. To enhance people awareness about Drugs, several approaches were adopted to deliver anti-Drug materials. However, limitations were observed in these approaches. Thus, this study develops a game-based anti-Drug System (GADS), which incorporates game-based learning into anti-Drug materials. In order to get a complete understanding of whether the GADS is suitable to both non-addictive users and addictive users, an empirical study was conducted. Drug experience was considered as a target to investigate learners' reactions to the GADS. The results indicated that non-addictive learners had better game performance and learning performance than addictive learners because addictive learners' working memory was negatively affected by Drugs.

  • Compensation status quo of basic medical institutions after implementation of national essential Drug System in Zhejiang province
Chinese Rural Health Service Administration, 2020
    Co-Authors: Hu Ling
    Abstract:

Objective To understand the compensation status quo and change of income structure of basic medical institutions after implementation of essential Drug System in Zhejiang Province. Methods Policy documents about compensation of essential Drug System were reviewed and fiscal compensation monthly reports were statistically analyzed. Results Compensation level of developed area was higher than that of average developed areas and underdeveloped areas. The accumulative gross incomes of basic medical institutions were decreased to some extent. The fiscal compensation accounted for 75.91% of the total reduced amount of Drugs. Conclusion The payment balance checking is the main compensation method. The fiscal compensation level has a significant regional difference and is difficult in full quota, which affects the development of basic medical institutions.

  • Compensation mechanism of basic medical institutions after implementation of essential Drug System in Zhejiang province
Chinese Rural Health Service Administration, 2020
    Co-Authors: Hu Ling
    Abstract:

Objective To explore the difficulties and problems in compensation mechanism of basic medical institutions, and to put forward suggestions for establishing reasonable compensation mechanism. Methods The financial revenues and expenditures before and after the implementation of essential Drug System were analyzed and specific interview was made. Results The fiscal compensation amount and ratio were improved greatly. The ratio of Drug income to business income was reduced, and Drug add rate was reduced greatly. The compensation approaches lacked variety and rigidity. Conclusion Measures, such as strengthening government ' s responsibility, improving checking methods of frequent payment balance, establishing various channels of compensation mechanism and incentive distribution System, should be implemented to set up a scientific and rational compensation mechanism.
