    Project Management Maturity Model (PMMM) is getting popular because of its versatility and its ability to control time and cost most efficiently. More and more Organizations have embraced Project management as a key strategy for remaining competitive in today's highly competitive business environment. The PMMM allows the organization to identify what steps must be taken, what deeds must be accomplished and in what sequence to realize meaningful and measurable results. The purpose of this study is to see whether PMMM can be used in Educational Organizations. By the help of maturity model, Educational Organizations can determine their capability to deliver high education on a five scale. A literature review have been made about maturity model and it has been discussed how to use maturity level in Educational Organizations in this paper. In order to improve Educational Organizations' effectiveness, it should become a strategic part of annual plan of the organization. © 2010 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.

    During the last years, universities, and other Educational Organizations, have increased the use of analytics in order to improve the efficiency of their internal management and to increase their teaching and research quality. In this paper we present the results of a survey we conducted to determine the analytical level of Educational Organizations and how it differs from the analytical level of non-Educational Organizations. In order to do so, we have used the DELTA model to measure the analytical maturity of over 100 Organizations, from which around 15% are Educational. The aim of the paper is to provide background information on the current state of analytics and further steps.

    The study considers the reality and prospect of the digital transformation of the economy and society using the example of the digital transformation of the management of Educational Organizations. The authors of the study clarify the essential features and possibilities of the digital transformation of the management of Educational Organizations, and identify the natural links between the reality of the digital transformation of the management of Educational Organizations and the formation of digital competences of managerial staff. Recommendations to improve the training of managerial staff for the digital transformation of the management of Educational Organizations are given.The methodological basis of the study is systemic and competence-based approaches; methodological basis - analysis and synthesis, statistical methods, self-assessment and expert assessment, questioning; the empirical basis is the data of the federal statistical observation of the activities of Russian Educational Organizations, the results of the qualitative assessment of managerial staff of Educational Organizations (N = 300).

    Abstract:

    This article presents the preliminary results of a study that has as objective to establish if the executive management affects the success of the information systems used in the management processes, and the latter affects the organizational performance of Educational Organizations of primary and secondary education. For this purpose, surveys were applied to key informants who use and / or know the information systems available to support the management of their institutions in Chile. The results obtained indicate that factors associated with executive management affect the success of information systems, but the effect of this success on their performance is low.

    Abstract:

    This paper presents the preliminary results of a study that aims to determine the incidence of knowledge management on organizational performance in the context of primary and secondary education. For this purpose, surveys were applied to key informants with knowledge and experience in Educational management pertaining to Chilean Educational Organizations. The results obtained indicate that there are significant relationships between the variables of proposed knowledge management model, and that the use of knowledge affects organizational performance.
