    Abstract:

    Cefazolin sodium is a broad-spectrum first-generation cephalosporin antibiotic useful for the treatment of many bacterial infections. The aim of this research work was to estimate the impact of the Trivedi Effect® on the physicochemical and thermal properties of cefazolin using the modern analytical technique. Cefazolin sample was divided into control and treated parts. No Biofield Energy Treatment was provided to the control part of cefazolin; whereas, the treated part received Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment remotely by a distinguished Biofield Energy Healer, Alice Branton. The particle size values in the treated cefazolin were significantly increased by 11.44%(d10), 3.15%(d50), 2.35%(d90), and 2.42%{D(4,3)}; hence, the specific surface area was decreased by 4.54% compared to the control sample. The evaporation and decomposition temperature of the treated cefazolin was increased by 27.56% and 0.12%, respectively; however, the latent heat of evaporation and latent heat of decomposition was significantly altered by 1151.8% and -53.75%, respectively compared to the control cefazolin. The total weight loss was decreased by 6.57%, but the residue amount was significantly increased by 137.5% in the treated sample compared with the control sample. The maximum thermal degradation temperature of the 1st and 2nd peak was significantly altered by 5.58% and -28.66% in the treated sample compared with the control sample. The Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment might have introduced a new polymorphic form of cefazolin which may offer better powder flowability, smooth surface, and good thermal stability compared with the untreated sample.   • Immunomodulatory Effect of Biofield Energy Healing (The Trivedi Effect®) Based Herbomineral Formulation

    Abstract:

    Complementary medicines are accepting world-wide and are used extensively due to its safe and non-toxic nature. The aim of the study was to evaluate the immunomodulatory potential of the Biofield Energy Treated (known as The Trivedi Effect®) novel proprietary formulation and Biofield Energy Treatment per se on male rats. The formulation was divided into two parts, one part was defined as the untreated test formulation, while the other part was treated with the Biofield Energy by Mahendra Kumar Trivedi and denoted as the Biofield Energy Treated test formulation. Experimental groups (G) included G1 with normal control, G2 with disease control, G3 with the treatment of levamisole (positive control), G4 with untreated test formulation, G5 received Biofield Treated test formulation, G6 consisted of Biofield Energy Treatment per se to animals (-15 days), G7 received Biofield Treated test formulation from day -15, G8 has received Biofield Energy Treatment per se to animals along with Biofield Treated test formulation from day -15, and G9 received Biofield Energy Treatment per se to animals with the untreated test formulation. The results showed that primary antibody titer value was significantly increased by 60%, 63.33%, 33.33%, and 20% in the G6, G7, G8, and G9 groups, respectively compared with the G2. However, secondary antibody titer values were significantly increased by 50%, 37.5%, 37.5%, and 12.5% in the G6, G7, G8, and G9 groups, respectively compared with the G2. Delayed type hypersensitivity (DTH) reaction showed significant increase level of rat paw volume by 86.36%, 30.68%, and 14.77% in the G5, G6, and G7 groups, respectively compared with the G2. Additionally, the platelet count was significantly increased by 11.96% in G6 compared to G2. The level of uric acid was significantly reduced by 64.29% in G7 compared to G2. Further, levels of calcium and phosphorous were significantly increased by 19.16% and 14.92%, respectively in the G9 compared to the G2. Moreover, the level of magnesium was significantly increased by 13.11% and 10.66% in G4 and G9 groups, respectively compared to G2. Overall, data suggests that the Biofield Treatment per se (The Trivedi Effect®) and Biofield Treated test formulation have shown significant immunomodulatory action as compared with the untreated product and unblessed rats.   • Assessment of Anti-Ageing Potential of Consciousness Energy Healing Treated DMEM and HFF-1 Cells using Cellular Proliferation and Collagen Metabolism Assays

    Abstract:

    Skin health and aging are the complex biological process influenced by several intrinsic (or endogenous) and extrinsic (or exogenous) factors. Various skin-based therapies are currently available to rejuvenate the skin, but they might be related with some side-effects such as scarring. The objective of the present study was to evaluate the effect of Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment (The Trivedi Effect®) on the human foreskin fibroblast (HFF-1) cell line and Dulbecco’s Modified Eagle Medium (DMEM) for skin health parameters like cell proliferation and synthesis of collagen. The rate of cellular proliferation in HFF-1 cells was identified, and the results found that the Biofield Energy Treated DMEM significantly (p ≤ 0.001) increased by 152.38% compared to the negative control group. Additionally, the cell proliferation was also significantly increased by 71.43% in the Biofield Energy Treated cells compared to the negative control group. Similarly, the collagen level was significantly (p ≤ 0.001) increased by 60.42% in the Biofield Energy Treated DMEM compared with the negative control group. Hence, the results exhibited a significant improvement of collagen synthesis and cellular proliferation in the Biofield Energy Treated DMEM for improving skin health. It can be concluded that The Trivedi Effect® - Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment might be a complementary and alternative approach with respect to the skin health, anti-aging in DMEM compared with the HFF-1 cell line.     Metronidazole is an antibiotic and used for the treatment of the diseases caused by the anaerobic bacteria and protozoa. The aim of this research work was to estimate the impact of the Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment on the physicochemical, thermal behavior of metronidazole using modern analytical techniques. The test sample metronidazole was divided into two parts. One part of the sample did not receive the Biofield Energy Treatment and called as a control sample. While the other part was received the Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment remotely by a well-known Biofield Energy Healer, Gopal Nayak and termed as a treated sample. The particle size values in the treated metronidazole powder sample were significantly decreased by 25.47% (d10), 12.96% (d50), 11.16% (d90), and 13.49% {D (4,3)}; thus, the specific surface area was significantly increased by 33.21% compared to the control sample. The powder XRD peak intensities and crystallite sizes of the treated powder sample were significantly altered ranging from -43.4% to 396.77% and -67.47% to 187.56%, respectively; whereas, the average crystallite size was significantly decreased by 13.16% compared with the control sample. The latent heat of fusion and latent heat of decomposition were significantly increased by 14.44% and 23.39%, respectively in the treated sample compared with the control sample. The weight loss was decreased by 1.49%; hence the residue amount was significantly increased by 65.2% in the treated sample compared with the control sample. The maximum thermal degradation temperature was increased by 3.04% in the treated sample compared to the control sample. The Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment might have generated a new polymorphic form of metronidazole which may offer better solubility, dissolution rate, absorption, bioavailability, therapeutic efficacy, and thermal stability compared with the control sample.   • Evaluation of a Consciousness Energy Healing Based Test Formulation for Skin Health

    Abstract:

    This study was investigated the effect of Consciousness Energy Healing (The Trivedi Effect®) based test formulation and DMEM medium on skin health in B16-F10, HaCaT, and HFF-1 cells. The test formulation and DMEM were as-signed into two parts. First part was received the Biofield Treatment by a renowned Biofield Energy Healer, Dahryn Trivedi and were defined as the Biofield Treated samples (BT), while the second parts were denoted as the untreated test samples (UT). MTT assay data showed more than 76% cells were viable in all the tested concentrations in three different cell lines, indicating that the test formulation was safe and nontoxic. The BrdU assay showed the percent cell proliferation was increased by 15.88% in the UT-DMEM + BT- Test formulation compared to the UT-DMEM + UT-Test formulation group. Elastin was increased significantly (p ≤ 0.001) by 64.37%, 29.46% and 38.75% in UT-DMEM + BT-Test formulation, BT-DMEM + UT-Test formulation, and BT-DMEM + BT-Test formulation, respectively at 100 µg / mL compared to the untreated test formulation. Hyaluronic acid was significantly increased by 17.74%, 96.20%, and 25.03% in UT-DMEM + BT- Test formulation, BT-DMEM + UT-Test formulation, and BT-DMEM + BT-Test formulation groups, respectively at 10 µg / mL compared to untreated group. The level of melanin was significantly decreased by 8.60% (p ≤ 0.05), 12.68% (p ≤ 0.001), and 21.73% (p ≤ 0.001) in the UT-DMEM + BT- Test formulation group at 0.1, 1.0, and 10 µg / mL, respectively compared to the untreated group. Protection of skin cells after UV-B exposure data showed that the cell viability was significantly increased by 31.15% and 10.84% in the UT-DMEM + BT-Test formulation and BT-DMEM + UT-Test formulation groups, respectively at 50 µg / mL compared to the untreated group. Wound Healing data exhibited that the wound area was recovered with new cells by 84.91%, 92.31%, 35.09%, and 41.67% at 10, 50, 100, and 200 µg / mL in the BT-DMEM + BT- Test formulation group, respectively in HaCaT cells compared to the untreated group. The experimental data envisaged that the Biofield Energy Treated DMEM and test formulation showed significant skin protective activity.   • Evaluation of Estrogenic Activity of Biofield Energy Treatment for the Potential of Menstrual Disorders Using Ishikawa Cell Line

    Alkaline phosphatase (ALP) plays a vital role in the endometrium development, maturation, endocrine function, and osteoblastic differentiation. The present investigation explained the role of Consciousness Energy Healing based test item (DMEM medium) on ALP in Ishikawa cells. After the division of the test item into two parts; first, part received Biofield Treatment by a renowned Biofield Energy Healer, Dahryn Trivedi and was labeled as the Biofield Treated DMEM, while the second part did not receive any treatment, and denoted as the untreated DMEM. MTT data showed 142.56% viable cells in the Biofield Treated test item, which indicated that the test item was found as safe and non-toxic. Besides, the estrogenic potential concerning ALP level was significantly (p≤0.001) increased by 65.18% in the Biofield Treated DMEM group than untreated DMEM. Thus, the experimental data suggested that the Biofield Energy Treated DMEM would play a significant role for the growth of Ishikawa cells along with an improved ALP level, which play a vital role in the promotion and maintenance of estrogen level and can be used against various estrogenic disorders viz. endometritis, hypophosphatasia, osteoporosis, infertility, severe anemia, malnutrition, fetal defects, early pregnancy loss, and preterm birth.   • Immunomodulatory Effect of Biofield Energy Healing (The Trivedi Effect®) Based Herbomineral Formulation

    Abstract:

    Complementary medicines are accepting world-wide and are used extensively due to its safe and non-toxic nature. The aim of the study was to evaluate the immunomodulatory potential of the Biofield Energy Treated (known as The Trivedi Effect®) novel proprietary formulation and Biofield Energy Treatment per se on male rats. The formulation was divided into two parts, one part was defined as the untreated test formulation, while the other part was treated with the Biofield Energy by Mahendra Kumar Trivedi and denoted as the Biofield Energy Treated test formulation. Experimental groups (G) included G1 with normal control, G2 with disease control, G3 with the treatment of levamisole (positive control), G4 with untreated test formulation, G5 received Biofield Treated test formulation, G6 consisted of Biofield Energy Treatment per se to animals (-15 days), G7 received Biofield Treated test formulation from day -15, G8 has received Biofield Energy Treatment per se to animals along with Biofield Treated test formulation from day -15, and G9 received Biofield Energy Treatment per se to animals with the untreated test formulation. The results showed that primary antibody titer value was significantly increased by 60%, 63.33%, 33.33%, and 20% in the G6, G7, G8, and G9 groups, respectively compared with the G2. However, secondary antibody titer values were significantly increased by 50%, 37.5%, 37.5%, and 12.5% in the G6, G7, G8, and G9 groups, respectively compared with the G2. Delayed type hypersensitivity (DTH) reaction showed significant increase level of rat paw volume by 86.36%, 30.68%, and 14.77% in the G5, G6, and G7 groups, respectively compared with the G2. Additionally, the platelet count was significantly increased by 11.96% in G6 compared to G2. The level of uric acid was significantly reduced by 64.29% in G7 compared to G2. Further, levels of calcium and phosphorous were significantly increased by 19.16% and 14.92%, respectively in the G9 compared to the G2. Moreover, the level of magnesium was significantly increased by 13.11% and 10.66% in G4 and G9 groups, respectively compared to G2. Overall, data suggests that the Biofield Treatment per se (The Trivedi Effect®) and Biofield Treated test formulation have shown significant immunomodulatory action as compared with the untreated product and unblessed rats.     Cefazolin is a broad-spectrum first-generation cephalosporin antibiotic, used for the treatment of a number of bacterial infections. The aim of this research work was to evaluate the influence of the Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment on the physicochemical, and thermal properties of cefazolin sodium powder using modern analytical techniques. The test sample cefazolin sodium was divided into two parts. One part of the test sample was considered as a control sample (no Biofield Energy Treatment was provided), whereas the other part was treated with the Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment remotely by a renowned Biofield Energy Healer, Gopal Nayak and termed as a treated sample. The particle size values in the treated sample were significantly decreased by 3.95%(d10), 2.63%(d50), 13.02%(d90), and 21.7% {D (4,3)}; hence, the specific surface area was increased by 5% compared to the control sample. The decomposition temperature of the treated cefazolin was increased by 4.84 compared to the control sample. Similarly, the latent heat of evaporation of two peaks and decomposition was significantly increased by 56.81%, 225.38%, and 261.84% in the treated sample compared with the control sample.     Metronidazole is an antibiotic and used for the treatment of the diseases caused by the anaerobic bacteria and protozoa. The aim of this research work was to estimate the impact of the Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment on the physicochemical, thermal behavior of metronidazole using modern analytical techniques. The test sample metronidazole was divided into two parts. One part of the sample did not receive the Biofield Energy Treatment and called as a control sample. While the other part was received the Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment remotely by a well-known Biofield Energy Healer, Gopal Nayak and termed as a treated sample. The particle size values in the treated metronidazole powder sample were significantly decreased by 25.47% (d10), 12.96% (d50), 11.16% (d90), and 13.49% {D (4,3)}; thus, the specific surface area was significantly increased by 33.21% compared to the control sample. The powder XRD peak intensities and crystallite sizes of the treated powder sample were significantly altered ranging from -43.4% to 396.77% and -67.47% to 187.56%, respectively; whereas, the average crystallite size was significantly decreased by 13.16% compared with the control sample. The latent heat of fusion and latent heat of decomposition were significantly increased by 14.44% and 23.39%, respectively in the treated sample compared with the control sample.     Skin health and aging are the complex biological process influenced by several intrinsic (or endogenous) and extrinsic (or exogenous) factors. Various skin-based therapies are currently available to rejuvenate the skin, but they might be related with some side-effects such as scarring. The objective of the present study was to evaluate the effect of Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment (The Trivedi Effect®) on the human foreskin fibroblast (HFF-1) cell line and Dulbecco’s Modified Eagle Medium (DMEM) for skin health parameters like cell proliferation and synthesis of collagen. The rate of cellular proliferation in HFF-1 cells was identified, and the results found that the Biofield Energy Treated DMEM significantly (p ≤ 0.001) increased by 152.38% compared to the negative control group. Additionally, the cell proliferation was also significantly increased by 71.43% in the Biofield Energy Treated cells compared to the negative control group. Similarly, the collagen level was significantly (p ≤ 0.001) increased by 60.42% in the Biofield Energy Treated DMEM compared with the negative control group. Hence, the results exhibited a significant improvement of collagen synthesis and cellular proliferation in the Biofield Energy Treated DMEM for improving skin health. It can be concluded that The Trivedi Effect® - Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment might be a complementary and alternative approach with respect to the skin health, anti-aging in DMEM compared with the HFF-1 cell line. The particle size values in the treated cefazolin were significantly increased by 11.44%(d10), 3.15%(d50), 2.35%(d90), and 2.42%{D(4,3)}; hence, the specific surface area was decreased by 4.54% compared to the control sample. The evaporation and decomposition temperature of the treated cefazolin was increased by 27.56% and 0.12%, respectively; however, the latent heat of evaporation and latent heat of decomposition was significantly altered by 1151.8% and -53.75%, respectively compared to the control cefazolin. The total weight loss was decreased by 6.57%, but the residue amount was significantly increased by 137.5% in the treated sample compared with the control sample.   • Evaluation of a Consciousness Energy Healing Based Test Formulation for Skin Health

    Abstract:

    This study was investigated the effect of Consciousness Energy Healing (The Trivedi Effect®) based test formulation and DMEM medium on skin health in B16-F10, HaCaT, and HFF-1 cells. The test formulation and DMEM were as-signed into two parts. First part was received the Biofield Treatment by a renowned Biofield Energy Healer, Dahryn Trivedi and were defined as the Biofield Treated samples (BT), while the second parts were denoted as the untreated test samples (UT). MTT assay data showed more than 76% cells were viable in all the tested concentrations in three different cell lines, indicating that the test formulation was safe and nontoxic. The BrdU assay showed the percent cell proliferation was increased by 15.88% in the UT-DMEM + BT- Test formulation compared to the UT-DMEM + UT-Test formulation group. Elastin was increased significantly (p ≤ 0.001) by 64.37%, 29.46% and 38.75% in UT-DMEM + BT-Test formulation, BT-DMEM + UT-Test formulation, and BT-DMEM + BT-Test formulation, respectively at 100 µg / mL compared to the untreated test formulation. Hyaluronic acid was significantly increased by 17.74%, 96.20%, and 25.03% in UT-DMEM + BT- Test formulation, BT-DMEM + UT-Test formulation, and BT-DMEM + BT-Test formulation groups, respectively at 10 µg / mL compared to untreated group. The level of melanin was significantly decreased by 8.60% (p ≤ 0.05), 12.68% (p ≤ 0.001), and 21.73% (p ≤ 0.001) in the UT-DMEM + BT- Test formulation group at 0.1, 1.0, and 10 µg / mL, respectively compared to the untreated group. Protection of skin cells after UV-B exposure data showed that the cell viability was significantly increased by 31.15% and 10.84% in the UT-DMEM + BT-Test formulation and BT-DMEM + UT-Test formulation groups, respectively at 50 µg / mL compared to the untreated group. Wound Healing data exhibited that the wound area was recovered with new cells by 84.91%, 92.31%, 35.09%, and 41.67% at 10, 50, 100, and 200 µg / mL in the BT-DMEM + BT- Test formulation group, respectively in HaCaT cells compared to the untreated group. The experimental data envisaged that the Biofield Energy Treated DMEM and test formulation showed significant skin protective activity.   • Immunomodulatory Effect of Biofield Energy Healing (The Trivedi Effect®) Based Herbomineral Formulation

    Abstract:

    Complementary medicines are accepting world-wide and are used extensively due to its safe and non-toxic nature. The aim of the study was to evaluate the immunomodulatory potential of the Biofield Energy Treated (known as The Trivedi Effect®) novel proprietary formulation and Biofield Energy Treatment per se on male rats. The formulation was divided into two parts, one part was defined as the untreated test formulation, while the other part was treated with the Biofield Energy by Mahendra Kumar Trivedi and denoted as the Biofield Energy Treated test formulation. Experimental groups (G) included G1 with normal control, G2 with disease control, G3 with the treatment of levamisole (positive control), G4 with untreated test formulation, G5 received Biofield Treated test formulation, G6 consisted of Biofield Energy Treatment per se to animals (-15 days), G7 received Biofield Treated test formulation from day -15, G8 has received Biofield Energy Treatment per se to animals along with Biofield Treated test formulation from day -15, and G9 received Biofield Energy Treatment per se to animals with the untreated test formulation. The results showed that primary antibody titer value was significantly increased by 60%, 63.33%, 33.33%, and 20% in the G6, G7, G8, and G9 groups, respectively compared with the G2. However, secondary antibody titer values were significantly increased by 50%, 37.5%, 37.5%, and 12.5% in the G6, G7, G8, and G9 groups, respectively compared with the G2. Delayed type hypersensitivity (DTH) reaction showed significant increase level of rat paw volume by 86.36%, 30.68%, and 14.77% in the G5, G6, and G7 groups, respectively compared with the G2. Additionally, the platelet count was significantly increased by 11.96% in G6 compared to G2. The level of uric acid was significantly reduced by 64.29% in G7 compared to G2. Further, levels of calcium and phosphorous were significantly increased by 19.16% and 14.92%, respectively in the G9 compared to the G2. Moreover, the level of magnesium was significantly increased by 13.11% and 10.66% in G4 and G9 groups, respectively compared to G2. Overall, data suggests that the Biofield Treatment per se (The Trivedi Effect®) and Biofield Treated test formulation have shown significant immunomodulatory action as compared with the untreated product and unblessed rats.   • Evaluation of Estrogenic Activity of Biofield Energy Treatment for the Potential of Menstrual Disorders Using Ishikawa Cell Line

    Alkaline phosphatase (ALP) plays a vital role in the endometrium development, maturation, endocrine function, and osteoblastic differentiation. The present investigation explained the role of Consciousness Energy Healing based test item (DMEM medium) on ALP in Ishikawa cells. After the division of the test item into two parts; first, part received Biofield Treatment by a renowned Biofield Energy Healer, Dahryn Trivedi and was labeled as the Biofield Treated DMEM, while the second part did not receive any treatment, and denoted as the untreated DMEM. MTT data showed 142.56% viable cells in the Biofield Treated test item, which indicated that the test item was found as safe and non-toxic. Besides, the estrogenic potential concerning ALP level was significantly (p≤0.001) increased by 65.18% in the Biofield Treated DMEM group than untreated DMEM. Thus, the experimental data suggested that the Biofield Energy Treated DMEM would play a significant role for the growth of Ishikawa cells along with an improved ALP level, which play a vital role in the promotion and maintenance of estrogen level and can be used against various estrogenic disorders viz. endometritis, hypophosphatasia, osteoporosis, infertility, severe anemia, malnutrition, fetal defects, early pregnancy loss, and preterm birth.   • Effect of the Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment on the Characteristic Properties of Cefazolin Sodium

    Cefazolin is a broad-spectrum first-generation cephalosporin antibiotic, used for the treatment of a number of bacterial infections. The aim of this research work was to evaluate the influence of the Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment on the physicochemical, and thermal properties of cefazolin sodium powder using modern analytical techniques. The test sample cefazolin sodium was divided into two parts. One part of the test sample was considered as a control sample (no Biofield Energy Treatment was provided), whereas the other part was treated with the Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment remotely by a renowned Biofield Energy Healer, Gopal Nayak and termed as a treated sample. The particle size values in the treated sample were significantly decreased by 3.95%(d10), 2.63%(d50), 13.02%(d90), and 21.7% {D (4,3)}; hence, the specific surface area was increased by 5% compared to the control sample. The decomposition temperature of the treated cefazolin was increased by 4.84 compared to the control sample. Similarly, the latent heat of evaporation of two peaks and decomposition was significantly increased by 56.81%, 225.38%, and 261.84% in the treated sample compared with the control sample. The total weight loss was decreased by 2.7%; however, the residual amount was significantly increased by 28.59% in the treated cefazolin compared with the control sample. A new form of cefazolin sodium might have generated after Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment which may offer better solubility, dissolution rate, bioavailability, and thermal stability compared to the control sample.
