Creatively considering distribution of roads, spatial autocorrelation and spatial binary correction are being used in quantitative studying how the spatial distribution relates to economical factors social factors and nets of roads. According to the reports, distribution of Gymnasiums is influenced by density of population, roads and GDP in different degree. Based on this motivation system with the development of non-central area and improvement of roads, the mount of Gymnasiums will increase rapidly. And the whole Gymnasiums distribution of Wuhan will transform into “intensive central city area and popular country” distribution pattern.

The thesis made a general conclusion of evaluation system of air distribution established by domestic researchers on Gymnasiums, hoping to make contributions to the gymnasium undertaking of our country.

It reveals notable insufficiency of storages for exercise equipments which results in the increase of fire load in arenas and may make the localized-fire to achieve. A guideline has been proposed to prepare sufficient storage spaces in school gymnasium buildings.

In this paper, three kinds of gymnasium patterns are analyzed by the use of CFD software, thus their ventilation and indoor thermal comfort condition can be simulated and compared, which provides an scientific basis for architects when they are designing gymnasium.
