    Abstract:

    This paper proposes a Health Auxiliary diagnosis method for the lead-acid battery unit. The proposed method is based on Approximate Entropy (ApEn). Since ApEn can quantify the regularity of a data sequence and the discharging curve for a Health lead-acid battery unit is smooth, the proposed method can detect the degradation of battery unit caused by the internal short, opening of internal shorted or cell undergoing reversal using the distorted discharging curve. Aging experiments for the lead-acid battery are developed to verify the proposed method. The experimental results verify that the proposed Health Auxiliary diagnosis method can diagnosis the degradation of battery unit caused by the internal short, opening of internal shorted or cell undergoing reversal.

    Abstract:

    Abstract In this paper, a Health Auxiliary diagnosis method based on Sample Entropy (SampEn) is proposed for the lead–acid battery unit. The concept of the proposed method is that the discharging curve for a Health battery unit is smooth; however, the degradation of battery unit caused by the internal shorts, opening of internal short or cell undergoing reversal will distort the discharging curve. Since SampEn can quantify the regularity of a data sequence, it can serve as an indicator for the state-of-Health (SOH) of the lead–acid battery. The salient feature of the proposed method is that SOH of the battery is estimated automatically at the end of each discharging cycle by measuring the battery voltage and current of a battery unit, so that no complicated measurement is required. To verify the proposed Health Auxiliary diagnosis method based on SampEn, aging experiments on lead–acid battery are developed. The experimental data shows that the proposed Health Auxiliary diagnosis method provides the expected results.

    Abstract:

    [Objective]To identify,evaluate and control the possible occupational hazard factors in the construction project,prevent the occupational diseases,protect the Health of workers,and provide the scientific basis for approval of construction projects.[Methods]The projects which were similar to this construction project were collected to conduct the analogy investigation.The evaluation was conducted by check list method combined with analogy.[Results]The location,general layout,equipment layout,design of occupational protective equipment and Health Auxiliary chamber of this construction project accorded with related national standards.The main occupational hazard factors were dust,poison and noise.This project had the general occupational hazards.[Conclusion]The possible occupational hazards in the production process of this project can be prevented.From the view of occupational Health,this project is feasible.

    Abstract:

    [Objective]To evaluate the control effect of occupational hazards in a large scale integrated circuit project.[Methods]The combination methods of occupational Health field investigation,detection of occupational hazard factors in workplaces,classification of working condition and occupational physical examination were applied.[Results]The location,overall layout,facility layout,occupational protecting facilitates,individual protective articles,occupational Health management and Health Auxiliary facilities of the large scale integrated circuit project were in accordance with the requirements of Code of Occupational Disease Prevention of PRC.The concentrations of various toxicants in the production process of this project reached the national Health standard,but noise exceeded hygienic standards at difference degrees,illumination and microclimate in some workplaces did not accord with related national standards.[Conclusion]The compositive evaluation and analysis showed that measures of occupational hazards control in this large scale integrated circuit project are feasible and effective,but noise reduction measures should be further perfected,illumination and microclimate in some workplaces should be improved,too.

    [Objective]To identify and evaluate the occupational hazards in a waste hydrochloric acid recycling project by multi-effect evaporation method,so as to determine the emphases of prevention and control measures. [Methods]Analogy investigation and inspection,occupational Health examination,etc,were adopted to evaluate the waste hydrochloric acid recycling project by multi-effect evaporation method. [Results]This project is in conformity with "Law of the Peoples Republic of China on Prevention and Control of Occupational Diseases" and other laws and regulations in the site selection and the overall layout,production equipment layout,occupational disease prevention facilities,personal protective articles,occupational Health management,Health Auxiliary settings.The process of production might generate chlorine,hydrogen chloride,ferric chloride,noise,heat,frequency electromagnetic fields and other occupational hazards,among which,chlorine and hydrogen concentrations conformed to the hygiene standards,as well as noise intensity. [Conclusion]The occupational disease control measures of this project are feasible and effective.

    [Objective]To identify and evaluate potential occupational hazards in extension projects,and provide technical basis for examination and approval of Health administrative departments.[Methods]The analogy,checklists and experience analysis were applied.The investigation,sampling and detection were performed on occupational hazards in the workplace of the similar project.And comprehensive evaluation was conducted on this project.[Results] The site selection,overall layout,production equipment layout,building design,occupational Health protection,Health Auxiliary rooms and facilities basically met the relevant national provisions.The construction project was classified as severe occupational hazard project.[Conclusion]The protective measures have been implemented,according to similar project,and the suggestions have been adopted.The occupational hazards in production process can be prevented.Therefore,this project is feasible via comprehensive analysis.
