Дослідження стану біомеханічних параметрів ходи до й після операції методом стабілографії засвідчило більш високу ефективність результатів реабілітації після артроскопічної реконструкції ПХЗ у групі пацієнтів, які оперувались у термін понад 1,5 місяця від отриманої травми, що підтверджується часовими й динамічними параметрами ходьби на пізньому післяопераційному періоді. In the article were described the evaluation of the effectiveness of the rehabilitation of patients with the anterior cruciate ligament (PCL) damage after arthroscopic reconstruction, based and described on the Stabilography data on analysis of the walking time and dynamic parameters. Analysis of biomechanical parameters of the walking, performed before and after surgery by the Stabilography showed increasing efficacy results of rehabilitation after arthroscopic reconstruction of the ACL in the group of patients operated during the 1,5 months after the injury, that confirms time and dynamic parameters of the walking on late postoperative period

Slackline as a therapeutic possibility to influence postural stability
2013Co-Authors: Komárková KláraAbstract:Objectives: To summarize knowledge about a control of posture, a balance training and a testing on balance platform. I investigate in experimental part of my thesis if slackline training will affect Stabilography and differences in quantitative parameters will be found in a training group or a control group. Hypothesis: A specific slackline training positively affects stability which was measured in posturographic selected tests done by the training group. Methods: We test postural stability in control (10 persons) and training (10 persons) group in selected tests of stability. We used a balance platform for testing. The data were statistically analysed. Results: 4 weeks of intense slackline training result in improvement of postural control. That is support by the data of stabilometric examination. The results were just below statistical significance (p > 0.05). Conclusion: The results testify that slacklining can improve postural control in healthy subjects. The results were on the boundary of statistical significance in our intervention group

Univerzita Karlova 2. lékařská fakulta, 2013Co-Authors: Komárková KláraAbstract:Cíl práce: Shrnout poznatky o mechanismech řízení posturální kontroly, balančním tréninku a možnostech testování posturálních schopností zejména pomocí stabilometrických plošin. Experimetální část ověřuje, zda trénink na slackline ovlivní výsledky vyšetření na stabilometrické plošině a budou zaznamenány rozdíly v kvantitativních parametrech stability ve skupině trénujících a kontrolní skupině netrénujících jedinců. Hypotéza: Specifický trénink využívající slackline bude mít pozitivní vliv na zlepšení stability ve vybraných testech stabilometrického vyšetření u trénovaných osob. Metodika: Po 4 týdenním tréninku s intenzitou 2 tréninky týdně jsme u testované skupiny (10 osob) a kontrolní skupiny (10 osob) testovali posturální kontrolu ve vybraných testech stability. Pro měření jsme použili stabilometrickou plošinu. Získaná data byla statisticky zpracována. Výsledky: Mesíční trénink na slackline zlepšil posturální stabilitu, což bylo prokázáno v některých parametrech stabilometrického vyšetření. Statistická analýza ukázala, že výsledky jsou těsně pod hranicí statistické významnosti (p > 0.05). Závěr: Získané výsledky dokazují, že trénink na slackline zlepšuje posturální stabilitu u zdravých jedinců. Prevalence of craniomandibular disorders in navy scuba divers and raiders : diagnostic tools

Materials and Methods: 20 males individuals participated in the research aged 30 to 42 years.
