    Abstract:

    Project-based learning (PBL) is a highly effective means of motivating students to learn independently. However, training or encouraging Teachers to practice PBL in their classrooms is challenging, especially if the educational system does not accommodate creative teaching practices. In particular, in a test-driven educational system, time constraints and an excess of teaching content makes it difficult to practice PBL at the high school level. This work presents a novel team-teaching model that is based on collaboration between Subject Teachers and the computer Teacher to facilitate PBL in the classroom. A two-year experiment was conducted to study the feasibility of the proposed model, in which the school computer Teacher conducts PBL with the 10th grade students in the first year, and Subject Teachers conduct PBL with the 11th grade students in the second year. Experimental results indicate that the proposed model is feasible in the given educational setting. No class time was lost, and the Subject Teacher successfully conducted PBL activities. Furthermore, a follow-up survey indicated that the students enjoyed the PBL activities in both classes.

    Abstract:

    This study used questionnaires and systematic behavioural observations to examine how Teachers, students and external observers perceived classroom disruptions, the Teacher–student relationship and classroom management in grade 5 and 6 classrooms in Switzerland. The questionnaire showed that the students of a class agreed to a certain extent in their ratings of classroom disruptions, the Teacher–student relationship and classroom management. Comparison of Teachers’ and students’ ratings showed that agreement on these constructs varied. We found weak to moderate agreement on classroom disruptions, a weak correspondence for the Teacher–student relationship, and no association on classroom management. The results of the behavioural observation showed a moderate agreement between external observers’ and students’ ratings, but no association between external observers’ and class Teachers’ ratings and only a weak correspondence with the Subject Teacher ratings. Thus external observers’ low-inference observations corresponded far better with students’ than Teachers’ ratings. To sum up, students, Teachers and observers perceive classroom processes differently.

    ABSTRAK Pelajaran Sejarah sangat penting untuk terus diajarkan dan dipelajari, dengan sejarah kita dapat mengetahui kejadian yang berlangsung pada waktu lampau danberagam peninggalan-peninggalan peristiwa.Pengajaran materi sejarah sangat penting di sekolah agar generasi selanjutnya mengetahui rentetan sejarah yang terjadi di masa lampau dan memperkaya pengetahuan tentang sejarah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan hasil pengembangan modul elektronik sejarah materi deklarasi kemerdekaan Republik Indonesia untuk siswa kls XI Ips 2 Madrasah Aliyah Sumber Bungur Pakong Pamekasan, yang diharapakn dapat meningkat semangat siswa dalam mengikuti mata pelajaran sejarah dan tidak merasa bosan saat penyampaian materi sejarah Deklarasi Kemerdekaan Republik Indonesia. Penelitian inimenggunakan pendekatan penelitian pengembangan (Research and Development). Penelitian pengembangan adalah suatu proses atau langkah – langkah untuk mengembangakan suatu produk baru atau menyempurnakan produk yang telah ada dan dapat dipertanggungjawabkan. Pada model desain penelitian pengembangan ini peneliti menggunakan ADDIE (Analysis, Design,Development, Implementation, Evaluation) yang dikembangkan oleh Dick and Carry (1996) untuk merancang sistem pembelajaranSedangkan untuk menganalisis desain modul, peneliti menggunakan data angket yang diberikan pada dua validator, yaknipada guru sebagai pihak yang mengetahui karakteristik siswa dan dosen Sejarah sebagai ahli materi. Dan untuk mengetahui keefetifan modul, peneliti menggunakan SPSS 17.0 for windows dengan paired - sample t testdari data pretes dan postest hasil belajar siswa. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa modul hasil pengembangan setelah divalidasi oleh validator menunjukkan rata – rata nilai pengembangan modul yang divalidasi oleh dosen mata pelajaran sejarah mendapatkan skor 84 %, sehingga dapat menunjukkan bahwa modul pengembangan dinilai cukup valid. Sedangkan rata – rata nilai pengembangan modul yang divalidasi oleh guru mata pelajaran mendapatkan skor 95%, sehingga modul pengembangandinilaivalid.Adapun hasil analisis untuk tingkat keefektifan modul pengembangan melalui SPSS 17.0 for windows dengan paired- sample t test dari data pretes dan postest hasil belajar siswa menunjukkan bahwa modul pengembangan ini efektif untuk diterapkan, karena dapat meningkatkan rata- rata nilai siswa yang signifikan. Penulis berharap agarguru dapat menggunakan media pembelajaran yang bervariasi, salah satunya media pembelajaran modul elektronik agar pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan lebih bermakna dan tidak membosankan serta meningkatkan antusias siswa pada pembelajaran yang diterimanya. ABSTRACT History Lesson is a crucial thing to be always taught and learn. By learning history, we can acknowledge past phenomenon and historical inheritances.Historical material teaching in schools is significant so that the next generation would know the history chains that happened in the past and enrich their knowledge about history. The purpose of this research is to describe the result of Electronic Module Development of Indonesian Independence Declaration History materials for class XI social science 2 Madrasah Aliyah Sumber Bungur Pakong Pamekasan. The researcher also expects that this would increase the students' spirit in joining history lesson and did not feel bored along the process of delivering the materials of Indonesian Independence Declaration History. This research using development research approach (Research and Development). Development research is a process or steps to develop a product or to perfect a product that existed before and with due accountability. In this design model of development research, the researcher uses the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) developed by Dick and Carry (1996) to design a learning system. Whereas for analysing module design, the researcher uses questionnaire data that given to two validators, first is the Teacher as the party that know precisely the characteristics of the students and the second party is the history lecturer as the expert of the materials. Furthermore, for knowing the effectiveness of the module, the researcher using SPSS17.0 for windows with paired-sample t-test from pretest data and post-test students learning result. The result of this research shows that the outcome of the development module after validated by the validator indicates the average score of the development module that has been validated by the history lecturer obtain 84% of the score, so that can show that the development module rate as valid enough. Meanwhile, the average score module development that has been validated by the Subject Teacher reaches 95% of the score; in such a way, the development module judged as valid. However, the analysis result of the effectiveness of the development module through SPSS 17.0 for windows with paired-sample t-test from pretest data and post-test student learning result shows that the development module is sufficient to be applied because it is available to increase the students' average score significantly. The researcher hopes that Teacher would use various learning media, such as media electronic learning module so that the learning process could be more valuable and increasing student enthusiasm in the learning session that they received. مستلخص البحث دروس التاريخ مهمة جدا لمواصلة تدريسها ودراستها،بالتاريخ يمكننا اكتشاف الأحداث التي حدثت في الماضي ومجموعة متنوعة من بقايا الأحداث. يعتبر تدريس المواد التاريخية مهما جدًا في المدارس حتى يعرف الجيل التالي تسلسل التاريخ الذي حدث في الماضي ويثري المعرفة بالتاريخ. تهدف هذا البحث إلى وصف نتائج تطوير الوحدة الإلكترونية حول تاريخ إعلان استقلال جمهورية إندونيسيا لطلاب الصف الحادي عشر قسم علوم الاجتماعية 2 في المدرسة الثانوية سومبر بوعور باكوع باميكاسان، والتي من المتوقع أن تزيد من حماس الطلاب في إتباع المواضيع التاريخية ولا يشعرون بالملل عند تقديم المواد التاريخية حول إعلان استقلال جمهورية إندونيسيا. تستخدم هذه الدراسة نهج البحث والتطوير (البحث والتطوير). بحث التنمية هو عملية أو خطوات لتطوير منتج جديد أو تحسين منتج موجود وخاضع للمساءلة. في نموذج تصميم بحث التنمية هذا، استخدم الباحثون ADDIE (التحليل، التصميم، التطوير، التنفيذ، التقييم) الذي طوره ديك وكاري (1996) لتصميم نظام التعلم. أثناء تحليل تصميم الوحدة، استخدم الباحثون بيانات الاستبيان المعطاة لاثنين من أدوات التحقق، وهما المعلم كطرف يعرف خصائص الطلاب والمحاضرين التاريخ كخبراء مادية. ولمعرفة مدى فاعلية الوحدة، استخدم الباحثون SPSS17.0 للنوافذ مع اختبارات t-test المزدوجة من نتائج تعلم الطلاب قبل الاختبار وبعده. تشير نتائج هذا البحث إلى أن وحدة التطوير بعد التحقق من صحتها من قبل المدقق تبين أن متوسط قيمة تطوير الوحدة المصادق عليها من قبل المحاضر في مواد التاريخ قد سجل 84 ٪، لذلك يمكن أن تظهر أن وحدة التطوير تعتبر صالحة تمامًا. في حين أن متوسط قيمة تطوير الوحدة التي تم التحقق من صحتها بواسطة مدرس المادة يحصل على درجة 95٪، لذلك تعتبر وحدة التطوير صالحة. تشير نتائج التحليل من أجل فعالية وحدة التطوير من خلال SPSS 17.0 للنوافذ مع t-testللعينات المزدوجة من نتائج تعلم الطالب قبل الاختبار وبعده إلى أن وحدة التطوير هذه فعالة في التطبيق، لأنها يمكن أن تزيد متوسط درجات الطالب بشكل كبير. تأمل المؤلفة أن يتمكن المعلمون من استخدام المجموعة المتنوعة من الوسائل التعليمية، أحدها وسائل الإلكترونية لتعليم الوحدة النمطية بحيث يكون التعليم الذي يتم تنفيذه أكثر فائدة وليس مملا ويزيد من حماس الطلاب في التعلم الذي يتلقونه

    INDONESIA: Pengembangan media pembelajaran autoplay pada mata pelajaran IPS dalam materi kelangkaan dan kebutuhan manusia merupakan salah satu sarana yang digunakan untuk membantu meningkatkan pemahaman siswa dalam pembelajaran. Karena, berdasarkan observasi di SMP Negeri 01 Singosari guru hanya menggunakan bahan ajar berupa buku-buku seperti LKS dan Buku paket yang materinya sangat terbatas. Analisis Kebutuhan untuk siswa kelas VII menunjukkan bahwa ada masalah yang terjadi di kelas, yaitu siswa memiliki motivasi belajar yang rendah, akibatnya siswa tidak memahami isi materi, selain itu hal ini mempengaruhi nilai siswa yang cenderung mengalami penurunan. Penelitian ini memberikan alternatif untuk mengembangkan bahan ajar untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa sehingga siswa mampu mencapai pemahaman materi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) mengetahui analisis kebutuhan dan mendeskripsikan proses pengembangan media pembelajaran autoplay pada materi kelangkaan dan kebutuhan manusia; 2) mengetahui daya tarik dan efekktifitas penggunaan media pembelajaran autoplay materi kelangkaan dan kebutuhan manusia untuk meningkatkan pemahaman siswa. Metode yang digunakan dalampenelitian ini adalah Research and Development dengan model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluate). Instrume penelitian adalah angket dan teknik pengumpulan data adalah observasi, dokumentasi, dan tes. Data dianalisis dengan perhitungan statistic menggunakan t-test , mendeskripsikan data dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil pengembangan media pembelajaran autoplay memiliki tingkat kelayakan dengan hasil dari validasi isi mencapai tingkat kevalidan 90,58%, validasi ahli desain media pembelajaran mencapai tingkat 90,43% dan validasi guru mata pelajaran mencapai 96%. Hasil rata-rata uji post-test lebih tinggi dari pada hasil uji pre-test yaitu 88,54 > 77,9. Pada perhitungan uji t di dapat kan hasil |thitung| (5.706) dan ttabel (2.042) sehingga |thitung|> ttabel yang berarti terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan terhedap media pembelajaran autoplay yang dikembangkan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa produk yang dikembangkan mampu meningkatkan pemahaman siswa sehingga media pembelajaran yang dikembangkan layak digunakan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran materi kelangkaan dan kebutuhan manusia karena media pembelajaran di desain sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan karakteristik siswa. ENGLISH: The development of autoplay learning media on social studies Subjects in the scarcity and human needs material is one of the tools used to help improve student understanding in learning. Because, based on observations at SMP Negeri 01 Singosari, Teachers only use teaching materials in the form of books such as worksheets and textbooks, which have very limited material. Requirement analysis for grade VII students shows that there are problems that occur in class, namely students have low learning motivation. As a result students do not understand the contents of the material, besides this matter affects the students score that tend to decrease. This research provides an alternative to develop teaching materials to increase student motivation so that students are able to reach understanding of the material. This study aims to: 1) determine the needs analysis and describe the process of developing autoplay learning media on material scarcity and human needs; 2) determine the attractiveness and effectiveness of the use of learning media autoplay in scarcity and human needs material to improve student understanding. The method used in this research is Research and Development with the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluate). The research instrument was a questionnaire while the data collection techniques were observation, documentation, and testing. Data were analyzed by statistical calculations using t-tests, describing data, and then conclusions were drawn. The results of the autoplay learning media development have a level of eligibility with the content validation results reaching 90.58% validity level, learning media design expert validation reaching 90.43% level and Subject Teacher validation reaching 96%. The average post-test results were higher than the pre-test results, which were 88.54> 77.9. In the calculation of the t test can get the results |t-count| (5,706) and t-table (2,042) so that |t-count|> t-table which means that there are significant differences in the developed autoplay learning media. This indicates that the developed product can improve student understanding so that developed learning media are suitable for use in learning activities in material scarcity and human needs because learning media is designed according to the needs and characteristics of students
