    Abstract:

    Objective:To make researches into the effect to reduce Vagina Bleeding time after drug abortion by taking Mifepristone tablets in little dose .Methods:216 premature women were divided into two Groups.Group A (for research) and Group B (to compare with A). When both of them had excreated pregnantional bladder, Group A had taken Mifepristone tablets 50mg while Group B had taken Vitamin C two tablets to observe the time of Vagina Bleeding. Results: The complete abortion rate marked differently with Group A to 98.15% while Group B to 90.74%(P0.01). So the average Bleeding time were (13.42±7.11) days in Group A, while (20.46±8.12) days in Group B(P0.01). Conclusion: Mifepristone tablets have an effect on reducing Vagina Bleeding time after drug abortion.

    Abstract:

    Objective:To compare curative effect and mechanism of motherwort soft capsule and oxytocin in treating Vaginal Bleeding after medicinal abortion.Methods:360 cases of already venting embryo were randomly divided into two groups.The study group took motherwort capsule and the control group were treated by oxytocin after venting embryo.The curative effect of two groups were observed and compared.Results:The Bleeding time was shorter and the volume of hemorrhage was less significantly in the observational group.Conclusion:Motherwort soft capsule can reduce uterine Bleeding time and volume of hemorrhage in medical abortion.The effect of motherwort in treating uterine Bleeding is much better than that of oxytocin.

    Objective To observe the effect of ShengHuaTang on Vagina Bleeding in women who had abortion with mifepristone and misoprstol.Methods 160 medicinal abortion women were randomly divided into the observational group and the control group.Observational group was treated by ShengHuaTang.The curative effect of two groups were observed and compared.Results Compared with the contool group,the Bleeding time was shorter and the volume of hemorrhage was less significantly in the observational group.Conclusion Sheng Hua Tang can reduce Vagina Bleeding time and volume of hemorrhage in medicinal abortion.

    Abstract:

    The objective was to investigate the effects of mifepristone on treating abnormal Vagina Bleeding after Norplant implant. The women with abnormal Vaginal Bleeding after Norplant implant were randomly divided into two groups the observation group and the control group. 40 of women in the observation group took 25 mg mifepristone on an empty stomach on the third night and on the fourth morning after Vagina Bleeding. 40 of ones in the control group started to take 0.03 mg EE at the fifth day after Bleeding once a day for 20 days. There was no significant difference in duration of hemorrhage and drops of Bleeding between two groups during medical treatment (P>0.05). The number of hemorrhage days and drops of Bleeding during stopping taking medicine in the observation group were less than that in the control group and there was a significant difference (P<0.01). Mifepristone had no noxious side effects in treating abnormal Vagina Bleeding and it is convenient to take orally. Mifepristone is higher effective medicine to treat abnormal Vagina Bleeding after Norplant implant and is recommended in clinics. (authors)
