    Předmětem mé diplomové práce je stavebně technologický projekt haly ADS s.r.o. Větřkovice. Obsahem práce je technická zpráva ke stavebně technologickému projektu, řešení zařízení staveniště, řešení dopravních tras z výroben k místu stavby, studie realizace hlavních technologických etap objektu SO02, návrh vhodné strojní sestavy, technologický předpis pro vrtané piloty a pro montáž prefabrikovaného železobetonového skeletu, kontrolní a zkušební plán, časový plán, položkový rozpočet, plán bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci, varianty návrhu zvedacích mechanismů a časová a finanční rozvaha realizace zpevněných ploch areálu výrobní haly.The subject of my master's thesis is construction technological project of the hall ADS s.r.o.     Abstract:

    This study aims to provide information about the integrated Budgeting Plan in Thailand detailing Planning, implementation of the development and the challenges therein. It is an attempt to make the concept of integrated Planning less impervious by exploring contemporary meanings and mechanisms of integrated Planning in the Thailand Narcotic Integral Budgeting Plan. Furthermore, the study also aims to provide available information of applications for the integrated Budgeting management together with an overview of the literature regarding policy integration and related key concepts. The conclusion reflects on the level of ambition when integrating policies. Since there are few existing studies in the field of policy integration, more case studies will provide further examples for authorized decision-makers or authorized management representatives, scholars, researchers and other readers who are interested in this field to understand the situation and can draw lessons to be learned for both academic and policy related purposes. Overall, this research indicates strong awareness and intent to apply strategic management with the integration Budgeting Plan model (IBPI) with the intention that this new understanding of an integrated Planning model may have broader applicability to similar contexts in Thailand with federated political systems. IBPI outlines the evaluation methods employed and then the main characterizations of integrated Planning as integrated tools in Thailand Budgeting. The paper concludes by highlighting some challenges to advancing integrated Budgeting Plans through strategic policy and performance government Budgeting.

    Proyek pembangunan gedung kantor terpadu Kabupaten Sukoharjo terletak di Gabusan, Jombor, Kecamatan Bendosari, Kabupaten Sukoharjo, proyek pembangunan gedung ini dikerjakan oleh PT. PP Urban yang dimana bangunan ini memiliki 14 lantai menggunakan atap rangka baja. Gedung ini terbuat dari rangka beton, dengan luas lahannya ± 11169 m2 dan luas bangunannya ± 6550 m2. Berdasarkan metode pelaksanaan pada pembangunan proyek ini seluruh elemen strukturnya menggunakan metode beton cor konvensional (in situ). Metode konvensional pada umumnya membutuhkan waktu yang lebih lama, menurut Affandi (2004) kekurangan dalam metode konvensional karena masing-masing elemen struktur yang saling ketergantungan harus dikerjakan secara berurutan, mutu kurang terjamin, terutama permukaan betonnya tidak sehalus beton precast, membutuhkan banyak bekisting dan pekerja, tergantung cuaca, sangat tergantung keahlian pelaksana, sehingga dilakukan alternatif metode konstruksi berupa pelat pracetak, kelebihan pracetak dibanding sistem konvensional yaitu memiliki keunggulan lebih ekonomis dalam penggunaan bekisting, mutu lebih terjamin karena dikerjakan di pabrik dengan pengawasan yang baik, tidak terlalu terpengaruh kondisi cuaca, produktivitas lebih tinggi. Dalam penyusunan proyek akhir ini membahas tentang perhitungan waktu dan biaya pelaksanaan proyek pembangunan gedung kantor terpadu kabupaten sukoharjo mulai dari lantai 1 sampai dengan lantai 14 sudah termasuk atap pada pekerjaan struktur dengan menggunakan metode pelat pracetak. Perhitungan waktu dan biaya pada proyek ini dimulai dengan menyusun item pekerjaan, menghitung volume, menentukan metode pelaksanaan, menghitung produktivitas dan alat berat, menghitung durasi pekerjaan, menghitung rencana anggaran pelaksanaan (RAP) menyusun bar chart dan kurva S. Hasil akhir pada proyek akhir ini adalah rekapitulasi biaya pelaksanaan proyek, metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan, durasi pekerjaan dan penjadwalan. Hasil dari proyek akhir ini adalah durasi pelaksanaan proyek, rekapitulasi biaya, metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan, serta kurva S.     Abstract:

    Abstract In this paper, we present a new framework for knowledge-based intelligent decision support systems for developing a national defense Budget Planning. The Planning procedure for and architecture of the national defense Budget in Taiwan are discussed in detail. In particular, the theories and techniques of intelligent decision support are used in the yearly practical Budget Planning process. Based on data in the financial database and knowledge in the knowledge base, we easily adjust the beforehand Budget proposal. Furthermore, a knowledge-based intelligent decision support system has been implemented and it collects a series of rules extracted from national defense experts for successful reasoning. By using forward reasoning and knowledge rules, the system can automatically change and regenerate the national defense Budget Plan immediately. Finally, the empirical functions of the KIDSS system are also addressed.

    Penyusunan proyek akhir yang berjudul “Perhitungan Waktu dan Biaya Pelaksanaan Proyek Rumah Sakit Permata Keluarga Karawang” ini menggunakan Proyek Rumah Sakit Permata Keluarga yang berlokasi di Karawang, Jawa Barat yang terdiri dari lantai 1 sampai lantai 9.Proyek ini dibangun oleh PT. Pulauintan Bajaperkasa Konstruksi selaku Kontraktor utama. Data yang diperoleh pada proyek ini adalah gambar struktur dan RAB.Proyek akhir ini meninjau pekerjaan struktur bawah yang terdiri dari pekerjaan pemancangan, pilecap, tie beam dan pelat basement serta pekerjaan struktur atas yang terdiri dari pekerjaan kolom, shearwall, balok , tangga dan pelat. Perhitungan waktu dan biaya pada proyek ini ditentukan dengan menghitung volume pekerjaan, produktivitas, durasi , kebutuhan sumber daya tiap item pekerjaan dan harga tiap item pekerjaan yang meliputi harga material, sewa alat dan upah pekerja. Hasil akhir dari proyek akhir ini adalah network Planning dan kurva S. Total durasi pekerjaan selama 248 hari kerja dan biaya pekerjaan sebesar Rp. 39,724,567,355.- =================================================================================================== This final project, “Project Schedule and Budget Estimation of Permata Keluarga Hospital Karawang” located in Karawang, West Java which consists of floors 1 to 9. This project was built by PT. Pulauintan Bajaperkasa Konstruksi as the main contractor. The data obtained in this project are structural drawings and Budget Plan. This final project examines the lower structure work consisting of piling, pilecap, tie beam and basement slab as well as upper structural work consisting of column work, shearwall, beams, stairs and slabs. The calculation of time and costs in this project is determined by calculating the volume of work, productivity, duration, resource requirements of each work item and the price of each work item which includes material prices, equipment rental and worker wages.
