Journal of Sports Sciences, 2011Co-Authors: Huang ShichangAbstract:U.K.is the first country that enacted special laws to protect the Intellectual Property Right,and it has had more comprehensive special legislation of Olympic Intellectual Property Right.This essay compares the relevant legislation of the Intellectual Property Right of London 2012 Olympic Games with that of other countries,sums up successful experience of protecting Olympic Intellectual Property Right,and puts forward suggestions concerning improvement of the legislation of the Olympic Intellectual Property Right of China: amending the current law,expanding the scope of legislative protection,adding escape clauses of Olympic symbols' usage and promoting the efficiency of settling disputes etc.,which is to achieve the comprehensive protection of the Olympic Intellectual Property Right in post-Olympics era.

There is historical advantage of the Intellectual Property Right in the traditional Chinese medicine industry of our country, but facing the enormous impact of other national enterprises at present, how to keep the advantage of Intellectual Property Right and turn the traditional advantage into the realistic market advantage, needs the country, enterprise to make joint efforts. Since enterprise of traditional Chinese medicine is as the competitor of market of traditional Chinese medicine, the protection, which strengthens the Intellectual Property Right, is even more the task of top priority. This text analyzed the current situation of Intellectual Property protection adopted by enterprise of traditional Chinese medicine of our country at present, and proposed the stragegy of studying the Intellectual Property Right of the traditional Chinese medicine industry from strategic height, keeping and developing our the market control of our country in the traditional Chinese medicine industry.

If libraries can embrace peer‐to‐peer technologies into their own services, they will possibly develop new service models, or improve existing ones.
